Asha sought help for her seriously mentally ill daughter from healers, rituals, and sacrifices, but to no avail. She finally found Jesus and with him salvation for her daughter—the price was expropriation, deprivation of liberty, and death threats from her own family. Today, one of her former persecutors is her pastor.
