Construction is brought forward.

The 19/20 school year was marked by strikes by public school teachers and school closures due to the lockdown. Classes were held in public schools for only about three months. Also, the school year 20/21 did not start in October 20 as usual, but only at the end of January 21.
However, the government opposed an "année blanche," a year of repetition, despite the shortfall in instruction. Further still, the new school year will begin in October, as it did before the strikes and the lockdown, and not at the end of January, as the current school year does.
For this reason, the construction of the school building for the third high school year must be brought forward. Otherwise, it will not be possible to offer school places for the number of new high school students. The construction time is estimated at 4-5 months. Although the financing is still open, we have decided to give the go-ahead for the construction. The young people are counting on us.
