The Pastor’s New Shoes
Our partner in Armenia, Pastor Arman*, who fled Iran, reports: “Recently, I felt the desire to buy myself a new pair of shoes. So that’s what I did. But no sooner had I left the shoe store than I came across a man who didn’t have any decent shoes. Immediately, Jesus put it on my heart to give him my new shoes. Full of joy, I gave them to him, and he gratefully accepted them.
A few days later, I received a visit from ACP. The project manager had brought a large box full of clothes for my family and me. Inside was also a pair of shoes!
God owes nothing to anyone. In a wonderful way, He provided me with an even better and more beautiful pair of shoes. This experience reminded me once again: When we give generously and out of love, God is faithful and provides for us in His own perfect way.”
